Stranger Things 2 OST Custom Cover (Dragonslayer)

The last cover I made during this entire odyssey and quite likely the most complex one. I’ve had this logo in mind for a very long time, but managed to successfully procrastinate it for weeks – literally until the very last minute. It was more or less painted by hand, with an early sketch of the official Stranger Things logo as a starting point (I recreated it using “Futura Display“). But the logo wasn’t the only hassle, I was looking for a fitting background image for-fucking-ever! Until I finally gave in and decided to combine two fandoms those nerdy, pen-and-paper playing 80’s kids probably would have loved anyway.

The Masters of the Universe logo was made by closely examining this fan logo from deviant artist Bulletrider80s.
